Information for Owners renting out their Property to Tourists
According to a new decree approved by the Junta de Andalucía in February 2016 owners are obliged to register their properties rented out to tourists. Properties must have an occupancy license and comply with certain specifications. Owners of unlisted holiday rentals will be deemed to be renting illegally and could face fines up to EUR 150.000.
